Regulations – 2026 edition

1. The aim of the competition is to select the best scientific paper and to promote and support research conducted by people in first and second cycle studies and in Doctoral Schools.
2. The competition is open to research papers submitted by the deadline and presented at the 1st Congress of Young Political Science. Papers may not be published or submitted for publication until the competition results are announced.
3. Scientific papers are evaluated by a team of experts appointed by the PTNP Board. The expert team's decision is final and conclusive.
4. The team of experts bases its decision on the following premises:
   a) originality and relevance of the issues raised,
   b) the methodology used, the richness of sources and the extensive scope of data, the depth of analysis
   c) the potential to influence the literature and discourse on the subject
   international.
5. Referaty należy przesłać w formie pdf(Times New Roman 12, interlinia 1,5) do 22 maja 2026.
6. Applications and information should be sent to the project coordinator:
   Dr. hab. Maciej Hartliński, prof. UWM (maciej.hartlinski@uwm.edu.pl).
7. The competition will be decided on June 8, 2026.
8. The prize for the best paper is PLN 500.
9. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
10. The final interpretation of the regulations rests with the PTNP Main Board.
